2019 – The Year in Pictures

Welcome to December’s Shinbun, the Year in Pictures

It was a busy year, a lot of good training took place, and we are happy to have four new belts in the style (see November’s Shinbun).

We hope you enjoy some of the pictures from 2019.   2020 is going to be another busy year; Sensei Perez and I are beginning to plan the annual Tsugiashi-Do Taikai, which will likely be in Miami FL (again).  There is also the Hakko-Ryu Taikai in July, in Houston, TX (which I will be attending).  We hope to see you.

As always, please send pictures, pieces, ideas for pieces, stories, and upcoming events. I’ll get them posted and sent out with the next newsletter.

Yours in Budo,
-Sensei Scot Lynch

Re-connecting with old friends

I have been very fortunate to get together with Shodai Sensei Richard Faustini for several sessions this year. I am profoundly grateful for his time and attention.

Scott, great stuff as always and pix. Wishing all a very Happy New Year and good health. FYI… spoke to Laranie, she wants all to have lunch with Vinnie again soon. We need to set it up again.
